- 1 oz (30mL) Lambay Single Malt
- 1 oz (30mL) Sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz (30mL) Red Bitter
- Garnish: Smokey Rosemary Sprig
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass Stir then strain over ice cube into a rocks glass Garnish with smoked Rosemary sprig
