Triple distilled, bourbon cask matured and finished in cognac casks carried across the sea from the world-renowned cellars of Cognac House Camus. Lambay’s own volcanic Trinity Well water is added at the final stage of finishing before bottling, this is a whiskey as unique as the island that inspires it.

Lambay Malt Irish Whiskey consists of a minimum of three variants of high-quality Irish single malts. An exquisite master blend of double & triple distilled malt whiskey, bourbon cask matured, cognac-cask finished and crafted with Lambay Trinity Well water before bottling.

100% Island matured, Cask 2545 is the second cask strength release this year following the successful footsteps of Cask 4613.

Once upon a rather unusual island, two friends from two very old families had a rather ingenious idea. They’d make a whiskey. But not just any Irish whiskey – our passion lies in wood maturation, and the art of blending and finishing. Inspired by the private island of Lambay, the ancestral home of the Baring family, and finished with the techniques and expertise of Cognac House Camus, the ancestral home of Cyril Camus.
We’ve blended the centuries-old distilling expertise of Irish Whiskey making with the century-old blending and maturing expertise of House Camus to create this unique and unusual range of Irish Whiskey.
On the shores of Lambay lies our Sea Cask room where our whiskey casks lay sleeping surrounded by the wonderful flora and fauna of this unique place.
